BOYCOTT BLACK MURDER

Boycott Black Murder is an aggressive national campaign to significantly reduce gun violence in Black communities.  We bring together anti-violence organizers, gang shot callers, media influencers, artists, formerly incarcerated reformers, victims of gun violence and more to change the narrative around what is public safety in Black communities.

“Black Americans are disproportionately impacted by gun violence. They experience 10 times the gun homicides, 18 times the gun assault injuries, and nearly 3 times the fatal police shootings of white Americans.”

“Violent crime continues to spike in NYC as NYPD makes more than 3,400 gun arrests in 2021”

“A recent spike in the city's gun violence has disproportionately impacted teenaged victims. Three 16-year-old victims were killed in shootings last week, the same number of teenagers killed in all of 2019, according to NYPD figures.”

JOIN US. BE PART OF THE SOLUTION. WE NEED SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

“If they are killing us and we are killing us, then we are just dying.”
